If you receive public benefits or are a low-income person then you may apply for a payment plan within 60 days from the issuance of a parking citation or 10 days after an administrative hearing determination, whichever is later. The application can be found on the Parking Citations page under the Hardship Plan Request section.
If you wish to have an Administrative Hearing to contest the Administrative Citation, please complete this form. To submit the form please email it to Records@CityofRC.us, drop off in person, or return by mail to Office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 10500 Civic Center Dr. Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.
If you wish to have an Administrative Hearing to contest the Administrative Citation, and you cannot afford to pay the fine prior to requesting a hearing, you may have the fine waived for the hearing. An Administrative Citation Appeal Form must be submitted with this Hardship Waiver. To request a Payment Plan or if you have questions or concerns regarding a Payment Plan please contact Data Ticket at (800) 989-2058. Once approved you will receive correspondence with details regarding the payment breakdown and due dates. Payments can be made at CitationProcessingCenter.com, or in person with the City Hall Cashier located at 10500 Civic Center Dr. Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 and by phone at (909) 774-2450.
