The City has nine (9) Residential Parking Permit Districts governed by Section 10.50, “Permit Parking Districts” of the City of Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Code and allows residents of a Permit Parking District special permits that exempt them and their guests from certain on-street parking restrictions.
Location: The Hermosa Foothill Paid Parking Zone is located on the east side of Hermosa Avenue Between Foothill Boulevard and Norwick Street.
The Hermosa Foothill Paid Parking Zone is governed by Section 10.52.025, “Paid Parking Zones” of the City of Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Code and allows residents of the Paid Parking Zone to purchase permits that allow them to occupy the designated on-street back-in parking spaces from 10:00 PM to 6:00AM.
Location: The East Avenue Paid Parking Zone is located on the west side of East Avenue Between Foothill Boulevard and Marshall Court.
The East Avenue Paid Parking Zone is governed by Section 10.52.025, “Paid Parking Zones” of the City of Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Code and allows residents of the Paid Parking Zone to purchase permits that allow them to occupy the designated on-street parking spaces from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Parking citations are issued by Deputies, Police Officers, Sheriff Service Specialists, Reserve Deputies, Park Rangers, Citizen Volunteers, and School Security personnel (on school grounds). The Rancho Cucamonga Police Department manages all issues associated with parking citations in the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
