RCTV-3 is a government access channel under the exclusive editorial control of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. Under terms of the franchise with our local video service providers, a channel is provided to the City to use for public information.
RC Hot Topics
The goal of this video series is to bring city programs and services to the public, explaining what they entail, why they are important and how to access and best utilize them. Each episode will include three short, concise video presentations which will not only introduce viewers to programs and services but will also get to know staff as different departments explain some of the hottest new topics going on in Rancho Cucamonga.

Groundbreaking for The Bark at Central Park 4.4 Acre Dog Park
On Wednesday, May 18th, the city ceremonially broke ground on The Bark at Central Park. A centrally-located 4.4 acre community dog park. The Bark will include three separate enclosures that will allow large dogs and small dogs to play independently and off leash.
