RCTV-3 is a government access channel under the exclusive editorial control of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. Under terms of the franchise with our local video service providers, a channel is provided to the City to use for public information.
RC Hot Topics
The goal of this video series is to bring city programs and services to the public, explaining what they entail, why they are important and how to access and best utilize them. Each episode will include three short, concise video presentations which will not only introduce viewers to programs and services but will also get to know staff as different departments explain some of the hottest new topics going on in Rancho Cucamonga.

Healthy RC has been a successful City-community partnership since 2008, receiving national recognition for our work to improve community health. The final city in the top 10 of this study is Rancho Cucamonga, California, which ranked 21st for under-35 homeownership in 2019, at 39.39%. That is a 3.77 percentage point jump since 2009, the 14th-biggest increase we observed across all 200 cities in the study.
